SendConversionEventTrackingData

iActionType can be 1 (Initiation) or 2 (Completion). Set dConversionPoints to zero if not in use. iSessionType can be 7 (NewVisitorNewSession), 3 (ExistingVisitorNewSession) or 1 (ExistingVisitorExistingSession).
