PREPARE and bake pie crust in 9-inch pie plate as directed on package for unfilled 1-crust pie. Cool.
MICROWAVE 5 of the white chocolate squares and milk in large microwavable bowl on HIGH 2 minutes or until chocolate is almost melted, stirring after 1 minute. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Cool to room temperature.
BEAT cream cheese, powdered sugar and orange zest with electric mixer on low speed until well blended. Add to chocolate mixture; beat with wire whisk until well blended. Gently stir in whipped cream. Spread into pie crust; top with raspberries. Melt remaining chocolate square as directed on package; drizzle over raspberries. Refrigerate 1 hour or until ready to serve. Store leftover pie in refrigerator.
