What You Need

1 lb. (16 oz.) VELVEETA 2% Milk Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut up
1 can  (14-1/2 oz.) tomatoes, undrained, cut up
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained
1/4 tsp.  crushed red pepper

Make It

MIX VELVEETA Made With 2% Milk and tomatoes in 1-qt. microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 5 min. or until VELVEETA is completely melted, stirring every 2 min.

ADD remaining ingredients; mix well. Microwave on HIGH 2 min. or until heated through; stir.

SERVE hot with breadsticks, tortilla chips or assorted cut-up fresh vegetables.

Substitute
Substitute 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained, for the cut-up whole tomatoes.

" I made the not so healthy version of this that can be found on the 2 lb regular Velveeta box. It calls for 10 oz frozen spinach, 1 lb Velveeta, 4 oz Cream Cheese, 1 can Rotel, and 8 slices Bacon. I don't use bacon though. Big hit with my family!"
