" I love that this is a healthier alternative to traditional Carbonara pasta. However, it seemed to be a bit lacking in spice. I definitely plan to make it again, and next time I will dress up the sauce with some fresh garlic or garlic salt, Italian seasoning, or maybe some oregano to give more flavor, as some members have suggested. With a little tweaking, I think this could be a superb recipe - a great base recipe to start you off!"
