What You Need!

2 frozen BOCA Meatless All American Flame Grilled Burgers
1/2 cup  canned pineapple tidbits, drained
4 green onions, sliced
1   plum tomato, chopped
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
  lettuce leaves
2 multi-grain hamburger buns, split

Make It!

COOK burgers as directed on package.

MEANWHILE, mix pineapple, onions, tomato and crushed red pepper until well blended.

PLACE lettuce on bottom halves of buns; top with burgers and pineapple mixture.

Add chopped fresh mango to the pineapple mixture.
Substitute
Substitute frozen BOCA Meatless Chik'n Patties for the burgers.

" I loved this recipe so much! It really is one of the best burgers I have ever had. I didn't use the boca burger though, I used the extra lean ground beef premade patties and seasoned it with Tony's Chacheries (I'm from Louisiana) and then made the salsa to go with it. I also added mayo to my burger. I think it is better than any restaurant burger. Having it for dinner tonight with some homemade fried rice."
