What You Need!

1 small tomato, finely chopped
1/4 cup  KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
2 green onions, sliced
1 Tbsp.  KRAFT Light Zesty Italian Dressing
40 TRISCUIT Crackers
1 pkg.  (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened

Make It!

MIX first 4 ingredients.

SPREAD crackers with Neufchatel; top with tomato mixture.

Make Ahead
Prepare tomato mixture as directed. Add Neufchatel; mix well. Refrigerate up to 24 hours. Spread onto crackers just before serving.
Substitute
Prepare using TRISCUIT Reduced Fat Crackers.

"  This was a big hit at my Book Club meeting. I used sweet red onion instead of the green onion and added some chopped fresh Basil. Go ahead and double the tomato topping part of the recipe. It's delicious the next day too."
