Spider Web Brownie Pizza

What You Need!

1 pkg. (20 oz.) refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough

2 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 tsp. vanilla

2 eggs

2 squares BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted

Make It!

PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Spread cookie dough evenly into greased 12-inch pizza pan.

MIX cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs; mix just until blended. Pour over cookie dough.

BAKE 20 minutes or until center is set. Cool. Drizzle with melted chocolate to make spider web design.

Prepare as directed, using PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese.

How to Melt Chocolate

Place unwrapped chocolate squares in small bowl. Microwave on HIGH 1 to 2 minutes or until almost melted. Stir until completely melted.

How to Soften Cream Cheese

Place completely unwrapped package of cream cheese in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 10 sec. or just until softened. Add 15 sec. for each additional package of cream cheese.

" This recipe might work if you used a deep dish pizza pan. I used a regular pizza pan, and the Cheese Cream Topping mushroomed over the cookie crust and pan, causing a very big mess and making the desert unpresentable."
