What You Need
 
4 cups shredded red cabbage
2 medium  Granny Smith apples, chopped
1 medium red onion, sliced
2/3 cup  KRAFT Light CATALINA Dressing, divided
Make It
 

COOK and stir cabbage, apples and onions in 2 Tbsp. of the dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat 5 minutes.

ADD remaining dressing; cook an additional 5 to 10 minutes or until cabbage is tender, stirring occasionally.

Cut head of cored iceberg lettuce or cabbage in half. Place each half, cut-side down, on cutting board. Cut across the halves into thin slices, then separate slices into shreds.
