What You Need!

2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
1/4 cup  KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
1 lb. pork tenderloin, cut into thin strips
1   red pepper, cut into thin strips
1/2 lb. sugar snap peas
3   green onions, diagonally sliced
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp.  cornstarch
1/2 tsp. ground ginger

Make It!

COOK rice as directed on package.

MEANWHILE, heat dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add meat; cook and stir 2 min. Stir in peppers and peas; cook 3 min., stirring frequently. Add onions; cook and stir 1 min.

MIX soy sauce, cornstarch and ginger until well blended. Add to meat mixture; cook 1 min. or until thickened, stirring frequently. Serve over rice.

Variation
Omit soy sauce, cornstarch and ground ginger. Cook meat as directed, substituting KRAFT Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing for the Italian dressing.
Special Extra
For a spicier flavor, add 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper to the soy sauce mixture before cooking as directed.

" We loved it!! Although, I did tweak it a bit. I used 2 lbs. pork, so I tripled the soy sauce mixture... also added a kick to it by adding red pepper flakes and 1 tblsp. brown sugar. I didn't have any peas, so I used a bag of Kroger's Frozen Stir Fry Veggies (Asian style). I also used Jasmine Rice instead of Instant rice...Jasmine tastes so much better. I used to eat "Domburi" while living in Japan and this was very close to the same taste! I will definitely make this again."
