What You Need!

1/2 cup (1/2 of 8-oz. tub) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese Spread
2 Tbsp.  sugar
1-1/2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
1 pkg.  (16 oz.) coffee cake

Make It!

MIX cream cheese spread and sugar in medium bowl with whisk until blended. Stir in COOL WHIP.

CUT cake horizontally in half. Fill with cream cheese mixture.

STORE in refrigerator.

How to Split Cake Horizontally
Place cake on flat surface or cutting board. Use long serrated knife to make horizontal cut around half of cake just to center of cake. Turn cake, then repeat with other side to split cake into 2 even layers.
