What You Need!

2 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 cup  sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2   eggs
1 HONEY MAID Graham Pie Crust (6 oz.)

Make It!

HEAT oven to 325°F.

BEAT cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with mixer until well blended. Add eggs; beat just until blended.

POUR into crust.

BAKE 40 min. or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours.

" My husband has been begging for homemade cheesecake for years and I finally caved and made this recipe. Simply put it was delicious and *extremely* easy. Going forward I'll probably tweek it a bit (using lower fat cream cheese or perhaps adding lemon), however for a simple and delicious cheesecake recipe, this one takes the cake!"
