What You Need!

4 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1 lb.)
1/2 cup  KRAFT GOOD SEASONS Classic Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing made with Extra Virgin Olive Oil
8 slices whole grain bread
1/4 cup  KRAFT Mayo with Olive Oil Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
1/2 cup fresh spinach leaves
2   roasted red peppers, cut in half
4 KRAFT Deli Fresh Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese Slices

Make It!

MARINATE chicken in dressing in glass dish in refrigerator 30 min.; discard marinade. Cook chicken in skillet on medium heat 5 min. on each side or until cooked through (165ºF).

SPREAD bread with mayonnaise; fill with remaining ingredients to make 4 sandwiches.

COOK in panini maker on medium heat 5 min. or until golden brown.

Substitute
For convenience, use 1 drained 7-oz. jar roasted red peppers.
Variation
If you don't have a panini maker, sandwiches can be cooked in skillet sprayed with cooking spray instead. Cook on medium heat 5 min. on each side or until golden brown on both sides.

" it was really good. if you go not have time to marinate the chicken in the vinaigrette, you can still get the flavor by just cooking the chicken in a little bit of olive oil and the vinagrette."
