What You Need

2 Tbsp. oil
1 clove  garlic, minced
2 cups sliced mushrooms (such as 1 cup white and 1 cup portobello)
1/4 cup  dry white wine
3/4 cup DI GIORNO Alfredo Sauce
1 pkg.  (9 oz.) DI GIORNO Portabello Mushroom Tortelloni, cooked, drained
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

Make It

HEAT oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add garlic; cook and stir 1 minute.

ADD mushrooms and wine; cook 1 to 2 minutes or until mushrooms are tender. Reduce heat to medium-low. Stir in Alfredo sauce; cook and stir until heated through.

TOSS with hot pasta in large serving bowl. Sprinkle with parsley.

Creative Leftovers
Cover and store leftover Alfredo sauce in refrigerator for up to 4 days. Do not freeze. Heat and serve over your favorite hot cooked pasta.

" I use this recipe often to go over cheese filled pastas. I have substituted chicken stock for the white wine when I made it for my parents, but I feel it was more flavorful with the white wine. Last night I grilled some chicken breasts and poured some of the sauce on the chicken! Very yummy!"
