What You Need

Take 1 cup of boiling water and mix & match from these options...

Jell-O Brand Gelatin flavor options	fruit juice choices	fruit possiblities
Strawberry	white grape juice	sliced fresh strawberries
Orange	peach cocktail	chopped, drained canned peach slices
Lime	orange juice	drained canned mandarin orange segments
Lemon	pineapple juice	drained canned pineapple tidbits

Then follow our 3 simple steps:

STIR boiling water into 1 pkg. (4-serving size) Jell-O Brand Gelatin in medium bowl at least 2 min. or until gelatin is completely dissolved. Stir in 1 cup cold fruit juice. Pour into 13x9-in. pan sprayed with cooking spray.

REFRIGERATE 4 hours or overnight until completely set.

BREAK gelatin into small flakes with a fork; set aside. Spoon 1/4 cup fruit into each of 4 dessert dishes; top evenly with the gelatin. Garnish with additional fruit, thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping and small paper umbrellas.
