Kraft Kitchens Tips

Great Substitute
Substitute smoked turkey for beef.
Fresh Parsley Facts
Flat-leaf parsley, also known as Italian parsley, is the preferred choice for cooking because of its distinctive flavor. The milder-tasting curly parsley is best used for garnishing. If flat-leaf parsley is not available, curly parsley makes a good substitute. Flat-leaf parsley should not be confused with Chinese parsley, also known as fresh coriander or cilantro, which is commonly used in Asian and Hispanic recipes.

" Recipe was good, but probably better with pumpernickel as opposed to the french bread. Also possibly toast. Kind of reminds of that packaged stuff "blank" on a shingle. It was good, but will probably make if for Christmas and serve with pumpernickel bread."
