What You Need!

1/3 cup GREY POUPON Savory Honey Mustard
1 tsp.  grated lime zest
2 Tbsp. lime juice
2 cloves  garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
4   center-cut pork chops (4 oz. each)

Make It!

PREHEAT grill to medium-high heat. Mix mustard, lime zest, lime juice, garlic and soy sauce until well blended. Remove 1/2 cup of the mustard mixture; set aside.

GRILL chops 16 minutes or until cooked through, turning and brushing occasionally with the remaining mustard mixture.

SERVE with the reserved 1/2 cup mustard mixture.

Serve over hot cooked rice.
Use Your Broiler
To broil chops instead of cooking on the grill, place chops on rack of broiler pan. Broil, 3 to 5 inches from heat, 16 minutes or until cooked through, turning and brushing occasionally with the remaining mustard mixture. Serve as directed.

" Yummy, yummy, yummy. I didn't have honey mustard, so I used some dijon mustard and added honey to it. I used all the other ingridients and it was great. Nice flavour. My sister who doesn't really like pork, even enjoyed it. Will definitely make again!!"
