Grilled Corn on the Cob

Grilled Corn on the Cob
Prep Time:
10 min
Total Time:
30 min
Makes:
4 servings, 1 ear each
What You Need

4 ears corn on the cob
2 Tbsp.  margarine or butter, softened
2 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
1 clove  garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
Make It

PREHEAT grill to medium heat. Pull back husks of corn, being careful to leave husks attached at bottom of each ear. Remove and discard corn silk. Rinse corn.

COMBINE margarine, mustard, garlic and Italian seasoning. Spread about 1 Tbsp. of the mustard mixture onto each ear of corn. Rewrap husks around corn.

GRILL 15 to 20 min. or until corn is tender, turning frequently to prevent husks from burning. Serve warm.

Kraft Kitchens Tips

Best of Season
Fresh ears of corn should have bright green, snugly fitting husks and golden brown silk. For best results, cook and serve the day of purchase.

" This recipe was great! I have never tasted Dejone mustard or never use it. When i was preping i sampled it and got concerned. But when it came off the grill, my eyes popped open and my mouth started dancing. lol I always just ate plain ol boiled corn on the cob. This is great and will use it when my parents come up to visit!!"
