What You Need
 
3/4 cup BULL'S-EYE Brown Sugar & Hickory Barbecue Sauce
1 can  (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, undrained
1/2 tsp. each: ground cinnamon and dry mustard
4   bone-in or boneless pork chops (1 lb.), 1/2 inch thick
Make It
 

PREHEAT grill to medium heat. Mix barbecue sauce, pineapple with its liquid, the cinnamon and dry mustard until well blended. Remove 1/2 cup of the barbecue sauce mixture; set aside for later use.

GRILL chops 5 min. on each side. Continue grilling 5 min. or until cooked through (160°F), turning occasionally and brushing with the remaining barbecue sauce mixture.

SERVE with the reserved 1/2 cup barbecue sauce mixture.

Serve with grilled canned pineapple rings. To prepare, drain the pineapple rings, reserving the liquid and mixing it with the barbecue sauce mixture, if desired. Grill the pineapple rings with the chops for 2 min. on each side or until heated through.
Substitute
Prepare as directed, using BULL'S-EYE Barbecue Sauce Sizzlin' Chipotle.

" I added red pepper flakes (we like it a little spicy) and had to use Honey & Hickory Smoked BBQ sauce by Kraft. Instead of grilling, I pan fried the pork chops first with S&P, then added the sauce to the pan to allow to simmer together for about 30 mins. Excellent this way. Next time I'd lenghten the cook time a little bit to make the chops more tender."
