What You Need

1 cup chopped broccoli
1 cup  chopped carrots
1 cup chopped red pepper
1 cup  chopped zucchini
1/2 cup SEVEN SEAS Red Wine Vinaigrette

Make It

MIX all ingredients in large bowl. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.

" Fantastic! I was looking for a recipe to use up some of the vegetables accumulating on my counter and this one hit the spot! Everyone loved it. The first time I made it I made it exactly as stated - the second time I added yellow peppers and red onion. It was still delicious."
