What You Need
 
1 small onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
1 Tbsp.  margarine
1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut up
1 can  (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
8 cups mixed fresh vegetables (broccoli and cauliflower florets; sliced carrots, squash and zucchini; cut-up green beans; corn)
Make It
 

COOK and stir onions in margarine in large skillet on medium heat until tender.

ADD VELVEETA and soup; cook until VELVEETA is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently.

STIR in vegetables. Cook 10 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
