What You Need!

1 small red onion, thinly sliced
4 small  boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1 lb.)
1 can (14-1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, drained
1/4 cup  KRAFT Light Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 cup  KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Make It!

PREHEAT oven to 425ºF. Place onions in bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish; top with chicken.

COMBINE tomatoes, dressing and garlic powder; pour over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese.

BAKE 30 min. or until chicken is cooked through (165ºF).

" Much better than expected. I did add 2 garlic cloves and made my own balsamic with 1/2 balsamic and 1/2 olive oil. Definately a keeper!"
