pork loin 1/2 cup KRAFT Barbecue Sauce, dash crushed red pepper 1 can (8-1/4 oz.) pineapple tidbits, drained; 1/2 cup frozen peas, thawed
lamb 1/2 cup KRAFT Special Collection Greek Vinaigrette Dressing, 1 tsp. grated lemon peel 1/2 cup chopped tomato; 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
boneless beef sirloin steak 1/2 cup KRAFT CATALINA Dressing, 1 tsp. peanut butter, 1 tsp. soy sauce 1/4 cup sliced green onions, 1/2 cup PLANTERS Dry Roasted Peanuts

Then follow our 3 simple steps:

PREHEAT grill to medium-high heat. Cut 1 lb. meat into 1-inch-wide strips. Thread onto skewers; set aside.

MIX flavoring ingredients until well blended. Pour half of the flavoring mixture over skewers in shallow dish. Refrigerate 10 min. to marinate. Remove skewers from marinade; discard marinade. Grill skewers until meat is cooked through.

MICROWAVE rice as directed on package, mixing the remaining flavoring mixture with the rice before microwaving. Let stand 5 min.; fluff with fork. Stir in add-ins.
