What You Need

2 cups cold milk
1 cup  cold half-and-half
2 pkg. (4-serving size each) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
2 Tbsp.  brown sugar

Make It

POUR milk and half-and-half into medium bowl. Add dry pudding mixes. Beat with wire whisk 2 min. or until well blended.

POUR into 1-qt. shallow baking dish. Refrigerate 15 min.

PREHEAT broiler. Sprinkle pudding mixture with brown sugar. Broil, 3 inches from heat, 3 to 5 min. or until sugar is melted and caramelized. Serve immediately. Refrigerate leftovers.

How to Prepare Four Servings
Recipe ingredients can be easily halved to make only four servings. Pour pudding into 2-cup shallow baking dish; continue as directed.
Variation
Crème Brûlée can also be made with 2 pkg. (4-serving size each) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Cook & Serve Pudding. Prepare pudding as directed on package using 2 cups milk and 1 cup half-and-half. Pour into 1-qt. shallow baking dish; refrigerate 1 hour. Sprinkle with brown sugar and broil as directed just before serving.
Note
Crème Brûlée is best when the sugar is broiled immediately before serving. After leftovers are refrigerated, the sugar "crust" will dissolve. Just sprinkle dessert with additional brown sugar and broil as directed just before serving.
