What You Need
 
1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1/3 cup  KOOL-AID Strawberry Flavor Sugar-Sweetened Soft Drink Mix
1 cup fresh or thawed frozen unsweetened strawberries
1 cup  ice cubes
Make It
 

PLACE all ingredients in blender; cover.

BLEND on high speed 30 sec. or until thickened and smooth.

SERVE immediately.

Substitute raspberries or blueberries for the strawberries.

Substitute strawberry nonfat yogurt for plain yogurt for a triple berry taste!

" This was just way to much "flavor" for me. I just like the simple strawberry, ice and milk! anyway i am not a big sweets eater so it just wasnt for me..."
