What You Need

3 cups chopped iceberg lettuce
1 cup  chopped cucumbers
1 can (15 oz.) beets, drained, sliced
4   KRAFT Deli Fresh Swiss Cheese Slices, cut into thin strips
15 slices (1/2 of 9-oz. pkg.) OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Shaved Smoked Turkey Breast, chopped
1 medium  tomato, chopped
1/4 cup chopped red onions
1/2 cup  KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing

Make It

TOSS all ingredients except dressing in large bowl.

ADD dressing; mix lightly.

SERVE immediately.

When handling cooked or canned beets, it's easy to stain your hands and cutting board from the juices. To prevent this, wear disposable latex gloves and cut beets on a large glass or ceramic plate rather than a cutting board.

" This was a meal by it self. Needed nothing but crackers to go with it. Had it for dinner and did not get hungry before going to bed.(also had some banana bread for dessert) VERY GOOD !"
