Creamy Ham and Noodle Casserole

What You Need

1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 cup  sliced celery
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup  chopped green pepper
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed
1 cup  milk
1 pkg. (12 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Smoked Ham, chopped
1/2 cup  KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided
2 cups (4 oz.) spinach noodles, cooked, drained

Make It

PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Melt butter in large skillet on medium heat. Add vegetables; cook and stir until crisp-tender. Add cream cheese and milk; cook on low heat until cream cheese is melted, stirring frequently.

ADD ham and 1/4 cup of the Parmesan cheese; mix until well blended. Stir in sauce and noodles; spoon into 1-1/2-qt. casserole dish. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese.

BAKE 25 to 30 min. or until heated through.

" Super simple & very inexpensive! I had all ingredients on hand (BONUS!) and used leftover ham from yesterday's Easter dinner. I made a few changes, based on some other reviews: added 1/2 c. frozen peas, decreased cream cheese to 4 oz. and added 1 can crm of celery soup (omited chopped celery), using only 1/2 c. milk; I also crushed up some garlic cheese croutons (fine) and mixed that with the remaining parmesan to top the casserole. YUMMY! Even the kid ate it :o)"
