What You Need

3 tangerines
2   oranges
1/3 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
4 cups  loosely packed curly endive leaves
2 cups loosely packed watercress leaves
3/4 cup  thinly sliced red onions

Make It

PEEL fruit; cut into sections, allowing the juices to collect in small bowl. Add dressing to reserved juices; mix well.

TOSS endive with watercress and onions in large bowl.

ADD dressing mixture; mix lightly. Top with fruit. Serve immediately.

Substitute
Prepare as directed, using blood oranges or grapefruit in place of some of the oranges or tangerines.

" I substituted mandarin oranges for some of the fruit, and it turned out great; just be sure to drain all the excess juices."
