What You Need!

1 bag (10 oz.) mixed salad greens
2 cans  (11 oz. each) mandarin orange segments, drained
1/2 cup OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Bits
1 cup  thinly sliced red onions
1/2 cup PLANTERS Pecan Halves
1/3 cup  KRAFT Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing

Make It!

MIX salad greens, orange segments, bacon bits, onions and pecans in large bowl.

ADD dressing; toss lightly.

Serve with crispy whole wheat bread.
Special Extra
Toast pecans to add crunch and intensify their flavor.
Substitute
Prepare as directed, using 10 cups torn mixed salad greens, 4 oranges, sectioned and/or 8 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled.

" My girlfriends loved this salad for valentines dinner. I used chopped cooked bacon instead of bacon bits which I think was better. I also used an iceberg salad mix with carrots and cabbage plus baby spinach instead of just straight mixed green. Threw in some more salad with the left-over and added cold chicken from the dinner and had it for lunch the next day. Still just as good!!!"
