PLACE caramels in large microwaveable bowl. Add coffee and milk. Microwave on HIGH 5 min. or until caramels are completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring every 2 min.
SERVE as a warm dip with assorted cut-up fresh fruit, NABISCO Cookies, JET-PUFFED Marshmallows, pound cake cubes and/or pretzels.
