What You Need
 
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1/3 cup  A.1. Original Steak Sauce
1/4 cup ATHENOS Crumbled Blue Cheese
1/4 cup  BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
3 Tbsp. KRAFT Prepared Horseradish
Make It
 

PLACE all ingredients in food processor container; cover. Process until smooth.

SPOON into serving bowl; cover.

REFRIGERATE at least 1 hour before serving.

" My fiance and I hosted a party during which we served this as a sauce for smoked beef brisket and deer tenderloin. It was a HUGE hit! Just be sure to warn YOUR "significant other" NOT to eat the blue cheese raw - it was quite traumatic for mine!"
