2-1/2 cups or 20 servings, 2 Tbsp. each
What You Need
 
1 can (15 oz.) black beans, drained, rinsed
1 pkg.  (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chiles, drained
2 Tbsp.  chopped fresh cilantro
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp.  garlic powder
Few drops hot pepper sauce
Make It
 

MASH beans with fork in large bowl. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Cover.

REFRIGERATE several hours or until chilled.

SERVE with tortilla chips.

Substitute
Prepare as directed, substituting canned pinto beans for the black beans.

" What I did,is use black refried low fat beans. Some brands already have the spices, so use your judgment, when adding spices for flavor. If you like extra hot dip, use jalapeƱos."
