What You Need

8 oz. (3 cups) fusilli pasta, uncooked
1/4 cup  sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained, oil reserved
1 bag (10 oz.) fresh spinach, torn
1 cup  DI GIORNO Shredded Asiago Cheese
1/2 cup KRAFT Sun-Dried Tomato Dressing
2 cloves  garlic, minced

Make It

COOK pasta as directed on package, adding tomatoes and spinach for the last min. of the pasta cooking time; drain.

PLACE pasta in large bowl. Add reserved oil and remaining ingredients; toss to coat.

Substitute 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, for the torn fresh spinach.

" I didn't stick exactly to the ingredients but it turned out great! Used fresh spinach and feta olive oil and parmesan along with some fresh veggies. Yum."
