Great recipe! Just be certain to have everything prepared before you begin - each two minute interval passed very quickly! My family asked to put this in the regular rotation! Good stuff!

I liked it. Maybe it will be better next time. I used a can of corn because I didn't have green peppers. I also omitted the tomatoes because my DH doesn't like them.

To spice it up I added taco seasoning. You can also substitute lean ground beef instead of chicken.

My husband loves this. I add a pinch of cayenne pepper for additional flavor. It's very good!!
