We would like this with more meat, but the flavor was good.

The Secert of cooking a Frittata is the last 4 minutes use the boriler. This will cook the eggs in the middle. I love Frittata, they are easy to prepare, and a easy way to clean up before breakfest is ready...

I'm not sure why but mine took alot longer to cook than the recipe stated, it just wouldn't cook in the middle. I eventually turned the oven up, but by the time it was done the edges were very overcooked, the middle was fine. It tasted fine, I added salt and pepper for extra flavoring. I was disappointed with this one because it looks so good.

Making this recipe was quick and easy and gave me a chance to use leftover items I had in my fridge. I took the suggestion to make mini frittatas with my muffin pan. I used cheese, bacon bits, canned diced tomatoes (drained), chopped asparagas and chopped dill. Using the muffin pan made perfect individual portions that my guest loved. I will use this recipe again and again.

This was amazing! I sauteed 1/2 a green bell pepper, mushrooms, and a jalapeno (for some kick) and then added leftover steak from the night before for protein. My boyfriend LOVED it and since he's a big eater, I did 6 eggs and 6 egg whites - it gave us both leftovers for this morning!

This is very good. The fresh basil and the bacon gives it a great flavor. I like that this is good for you but still tastes great. I just added some freshly ground black pepper because we love it!

This was a great meal for when you're in a hurry. Our family loves to have breakfast for dinner occasionally, so this one worked well.

Needs white pepper, garlic, sharp cheddar and especially mustard to make it more yummy. I also sauteed a chopped onion and added it.
