Enjoyed this meal! However the sauce was a little hard to melt cheese.

I made this yesterday and it was a big hit! Very simple and easy to make, however, next time I plan to add more cream cheese than the recipe calls for. I would like it to be a little more "saucy". Really good and I plan to have leftovers tonight :)

Great recipe. I read the reviews and saw that others thought it was bland, so I added some spinach and herb dip mix for flavor and my husband said, "Whatever you did, it was good." We'll definetly be having this again!

The recipe, as is, is a little bland. I added lemon pepper to it which added a very nice flavor.

Ok, I really altered this, but used the recipe as a base. I took a pound of medium shrimp (more per plate.), real rice, an 8 oz tub of artichoke & spinach cream cheese, 2 cups of frozen spinach, a jar of marinated artichoke hearts, a jar of marinated artichoke bottoms, some sliced green onions, to taste, and the juice of a lemon. Salt and pepper, of course. I just cooked the rice as I prepared the rest of it, melting the cream cheese first, with a few tablespoons of chicken broth, then adding the artichoke pieces, then the spinach, then the juice of the lemon, and finally the shrimp and green onion. I added some garlic and onion powder and some salt and pepper (white pepper, to keep the sauce from turning funny shades), and mixed the rice in at the end. Very good dinner, got lots of praise from the fam.
