Double Cranberry Muffins

Very good muffins! Me and my dad really liked them. I couldn't find any fresh cranberries, so I used blueberries with the cranberry cereal. It still tasted delicious!

These seemed to weight next to nothing, I was concerned they wouldn't be substantial enough to keep me satisfied until my next meal, but they are surprisingly satisfying. I substituted half of the all purpose flour with whole wheat white flour, and they came out just dandy. Next time I'm also going to add a little ground flax seed for added nutritiounal oomph.

I make lots of muffin recipes for friends and family and various meetings i.e. bible study groups and ladies groups. The bible study group and family all wanted the recipe. I know my friends well too. This is a four star keeper (my own rating with 4 stars being 'awesome'. These are moist with just a touch of tartness and the topping is delicious. Just bought more cereal and also bought the blueberry cereal to try next. If you like cranberries, you'll love these muffins. Can't wait to try the blueberry recipe.

This is such a delicious receipe, I made it for some friends and they couldn't stop boasting about how great it taste and how moist it was. I also made the blueberry one and I give both recepies five stars. Try it.
