This is the best artichoke dip ever! I brought it to a wine tasting and one fellow didn't even want the crackers...he wanted a spoon!!

Very easy and so yummy. I mixed all the ingredients together added 1 more clove of garlic and warmed in the oven @350. Everyone loved it.
