Cinnamon Strawberry-Stuffed French Toast

I didn't have any cream cheese spread handy so I got just the boxes of it and added some sugar (Probably too much, lol) and used that instead.. but everything else I used... and I cooked it a few minutes longer than called for.. and it turned out great! I didn't have to use syrup since it was rich enough as it was.. yummy and easy!

i made a single serving for myself. I had a banana and honey bunches of oats with bananas , so i used that. it was delicious and took no time to prepare!

I was really looking forward to this recipe but the bread turned soggy when it came out and I thought it was too pasty. No one liked them.
