Easy OREO Truffles

My sister told me about this recipe last year. The truffles are GREAT! They have a rich flavor and no one believes they are made with Oreos. Much easier when they are refrigerated then dipped. Good coated with milk chocolate also.

So easy, and it looks wonderful. The taste is incredible. I made this for the first time as practice and to see if they tasted yummy enough to take to a potluck at work. My boyfriend, his parents and my family were my taste testers. They all loved them and asked me to make more for the holidays. Tip: Chill mixture in fridge then roll into balls. Then chill again and dip in melted chocolate.

I made some today. My daughter and her college roommates call these "Angel Balls" because they're so heavenly!! Oh well! They are delicious!!

We made these for my son's french class instead of using the french recipe that took like 7 hours. They came out very good, we are going to make with an orange coating for halloween.
