I make this recipe often. It is even better with a little warm caramel ice cream topping drizzled on top when served. Great for bring a dish occasions, always a hit!

This was a definite hit at our Church supper. It makes a large cheesecake and was devoured and loved by all. Had to give out recipes left and right.

I used Girl Scout shortbread cookies for the crust, was a wonderful substitution. I reduced cream cheese to 3 packages, 3 eggs, 3/4 C sour creamand the filling was still delicious and full.
