My hubby and I like this recipe a lot - I make it about once a month. I use red onions, a red pepper instead of the green, add broccoli and a touch more broth. There are never any leftovers! :)

Good recipe, fast and easy. Kids love this dish. I use the broccolli instead of the green bell peppers. Make sure you simmer on med-low heat so it does not dry out.

The flavor in this dish is great. I am not a big vegetable person but I really like this one.

I got this recipe from the magazine and it called for broccoli instead of green beans but I bet they would be just as good. I used white instead of brown but i think next time i make it i will deff use brown! Was still good either way!!

This was excellent! make sure you use the brown rice when we made it agin with white it wasnt near as tasty!
