Mini Taco Bowls

I made the taco bowls with custard cups rather than a muffin tin and that worked just great. They made the cutest little bowls! My daughter is taking this dish to a progressive dinner and the kids can all build their own taco salads--should be fun!

Loved it. This is a great twist to tacos. This recipe is great for a busy family that needs a tasty dinner and very quick and easy. My kids loved the way they looked and tasted. We will for sure cook these more often.

I would make this recipe again, but I would change to smaller shells. Had a problem with the shells standing up.

this was so easy and so much fun for the kids to help make! They have renamed them taco cupcakes :) Add some frozen corn and spanish rice for an extra yum factor!

These were really cute and tasted good but they were extremely difficult to eat. Very messy, I would rather have made soft tacos instead.

I modified it just a bit. It turned out awesome. The kids ate it up and had seconds. Can't go wrong with this one.
