AMAZING! Reminds me of something my Grandma would make! I used 4 frozen chicken breasts and would recommend to cut your carrots in half to cook them threw.

I had added some minced garlic to the dressing before the chicken, and had some leftover cooked strips of bacon, so decided to chop them up, and add with the broth and cream cheese. Really gave it a nice flavor! The whole family loved this chicken!

I would say it's more of a weekend dinner since it is a little more involved, but it's a great recipe and I will definitely make it again! We made butternut squash risotto to go along with it, and that was a great pairing.

I did not use the flower or fix the rice as I'm a Lap Ban person. I do not like chicken very much and like it moist. This was easy, fast, good and moist.

Loved it, good for leftovers too. I used chicken breast tenderloins and pre steamed my carrots to speed up cooking time.

I loved this recipe, but used boneless, skinless chicken breast, fat free dressing and fat free cream cheese. It was a quick and easy recipe. I will definitely make this again.

My family really loved this recipe, although we made it with skinless boneless chicken thighs. I will definitely make it again

I used frozen, boneless, skinless chicken breasts, and cut them into two portions before cooking them. It came out great. My husband also loved this dish. Next time, I think we'll use carrot slices or sticks, and not the baby carrots. This recipe is a keeper. Easy to make, and easy to clean up! And you don't need anything fancy to make it. Try it!

My husband loved this. Takes longer to cook than recipe says but well worth it. I preboiled the carrots for about 20 minutes. Also had some mushrooms that I needed to cook so I sliced them and added them at the end for about 10 minutes. Hubby said to always add and recipe is a keeper. Great taste.

I really thought I would love this recipe but I didn't. The "sauce" was much thinner than I would have liked, and it really took much longer to cook than stated. Be sure to start your carrots first. I doubt I will make this again.
