I made these for a friend's baby shower and they were a big hit! The plain cream cheese with watercress went the fastest. I would definatley make these again. -Elizabeth, Maryland

i used the cucumber/chive and onion. it was good. i planned a bridal shower and it was nice and easy to spread the cream cheese. easy simple and quick!

they were perfect!!! everyone loved them, I made the cucumber ones but i used whitewheat bread instead of rye and they were still a big hit at the baby shower!!! they dissappeared fast!!

Well, I didn't really follow all of the ingredients instead of the cream cheese I used tuna with mayo and the cucumber and it was amazing everyone loved them. They make a snack seem very sophisticated. REAL NICE!
