I really like kabobs because they are healthier than normal chicken dinners. This one had a nice flavor to it with the sweetness of the pineapple and the bbq flavor added to the kabob. A good combo! I made small kabobs from 1.2lb of chicken & 1/4 lb of shirmp which yielded about 18 kabobs. (4 per person)
