More of a butter recipe for the corn as you don't cook the corn in the butter. Very helpful though if you want to learn how to grill corn on the cob.

Did not care for texture of paremesan/butter mix on the corn. The corn itself turned out great.

The corn was sooo tender and juicy. Everyone loved it including our 22 month old daughter who ate it right off the cob!! Forget cooking corn in the house, from now on it is going on the BBQ.

This is the easiest way to grill corn yet! My whole family loved it.

I don't foil wrap the corn. Place it directly on the grill. It gives it a wonderful nut flavor. My guest love it!

When wrapping each ear in foil, include 1 ice cube, along with 1-2T butter mixture; then grill. Outstanding.

I recommend switching the parsley for garlic and putting the butter mix on the corn before wrapping and cooking so it can get baked in! Yum, yum!

The flavor was amazing, especially the texture. I used Oregano instead of parsley, it was just as good as it could be! Ever since, I never could eat corn on the cob with plain butter again.
