Yummy! I'm growing fresh zucchini in my garden so I used 1/2 the recommended leeks and 1/2 zucchini. It was great. If you do this - be sure to squeeze the extra water out of the zucchini once sauteed.

This was so easy and really yummy. I used milk instead of cream and I chose a jalepeno harvarti for some zing. I will definately make this again.

I have made this recipe a few times now. Very good. I used cheddar instead of swiss cheese. I made for a church brunch. Everyone loved it.

Wonderful! I had never cooked with leeks before, but now I'm a huge fan. This was very easy to make.

This recipe is FANTASTIC! I don't have one bad thing to say about it, and I don't care for swiss cheese. It's an easy, elegant and tasty dish! I even added asparagus to it! Very, very good!

Very Good. Sometimes I substitute the leeks with scallions.
