I used 12 grain bread instead of raisin bread. It was sooo good.

I was just beginning to cook and gave this fun-and-yummy-looking recipe a shot. It was my first try and I had the whole house smelling of this delicious aroma. Since my fiance loves french toast, I decided to make this fun version of it. It was quick and easy to make which is a good thing because we have our college classes in the morning. It instantly became his "new favorite breakfast" He LOVED this recipe. The cream cheese gives it such a delicious taste as does the cinnamon raisin bread.

This was delicious. The only thing I would do differently next time is put them in the oven for a few minutes when done as the middle of the sandwich could have been warmer.

My boys really liked this and they are very picky eaters. I did make theirs without the ham. They requested I make this again.

I made this for my kids once, as a quick dinner, and they have been making it ever since. They love it. For hurried mornings, my son just toasts the bread and adds the meat & cheese.

This is my husband's all time favorite breakfast now. We call it "Breakfast Monte Cristos" in our house and dip in in jam. Yummy!
