I LOVE this recipe. It's really easy to make an quite the crowd pleaser. I tried a version of it with nuts instead of bacon and it was NO WHERE near as good. Tastes great with the Roasted Vegetable Ritz crackers.

I took this to a super bowl party and got lots of rave reviews. It was very easy to make. I felt like something was missing, but I can't quite put my finger on it. Still, it's makes a great presentation; I'll do it again next year!
