I added chopped cooked chicken into the dish to make it a meal and it turned out great!!

I make this every other week or so. I usually make it the night after we have chicken. I dice up the leftover chicken and it makes this dish a meal rather than a side dish! My family loves it!

I made this for a Christmas Eve party & it was delicious! I used a refrigerated pie crust because I forgot to thaw the phyllo. Everyone raved from my 88 year old grandfather to the 3 year old children. It was the first dish to disappear. Broccoli, go figure! That was a first!

We have made this many times, for every holiday. It is something that the whole family cannot get enough of, we fight over the leftovers.

odd that the recipe online lists water as an ingredient. the copy that i have is from the kraft foods magazine and water isn't listed. it is perfect without the water. yummy and everyone loves it. i think i'll try putting a crust on bottom too next time and adding chicken for the meat lovers of the family. i also just use whatever cheese i have on hand. last time it was a mexican cheese blend.

My sauce was very runny, would reccomend not adding water to mixture. Looked very good though. I will try yo make this again without adding the water.
